LexPhil uses a transparent Legal Service Unit Matrix to measure and price legal documentation work. Instead of charging clients according to the number of hours recorded, Service Units are applied to approved assignments and deliverables.

The number of Service Units required for an assignment is based primarily on the type of service requested and the document’s Standardized Page Count.

Before work begins, LexPhil will assess the assignment and provide the applicable or estimated Service Unit requirement for your approval. This allows your firm to understand how much of its monthly allocation the project is expected to consume.

The Professional Plan is suitable for:

• Law firms with recurring documentation requirements

• Firms managing multiple active matters

• Clients requiring regular review, drafting, research, or litigation support

• Legal teams that need dependable additional monthly capacity

• Firms seeking greater volume-based value

 

The Professional Plan reserves a larger portion of LexPhil’s monthly capacity and allows available Service Units to be used across different approved matters and service categories during the billing cycle.

If your firm requires more Service Units than are included in its monthly plan, additional units may be purchased for:

USD 20 per additional Service Unit for Starter Plan.

USD 18.75 per Service Unit for Professional Plan.

 

Additional Service Units are subject to LexPhil’s available capacity and the client’s advance approval.

 

Depending on your requirements, you may also:

• Upgrade to a larger monthly plan

• Move a non-urgent assignment to the next billing cycle

• Request a separate project quotation

• Purchase additional Service Units for the current billing cycle

The applicable Service Unit requirement is disclosed before work begins, helping your firm plan its workload, manage documentation costs, and decide how to use its monthly allocation.

All pricing is stated in United States dollars and remains subject to the applicable service agreement, accepted quotation, invoice terms, taxes, and payment-processing or transfer charges.
